PMC for Udaipur & JAIPUR Smart City (INDIA)
The project involves direct technical assistance to both cities to ensure effective coordination and implementation of the proposal and identify solutions for the cities (Pancity Solution).
Attending client (Jaipur Smart City Ltd) in all aspects of project implementation, including overall management, planning, structuring of subprojects, tendering and selection of contractors, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the project results.
